Morrison & Co advised TrustPower on the successful acquisition of Waipori Generation. Morrison & Co’s role included:

• Valuation of the acquisition, which included detailed modelling of Waipori’s scheduling flexibility and revenue forecasting;
• Arrangement and negotiation of the Share Sale Agreement;
• Preparation of the bid; and
• Project management of full due diligence.
