Lloyd Morrison

Lloyd Morrison is Executive Chairman of H.R.L. Morrison & Co Group, the parent company of Infratil's manager. Mr Morrison is Chairman of Infratil Airports Europe (the holding company of Infratil's European airports) and a Director of Infratil, TrustPower and Auckland International Airport.

Lib Petagna

Lib Petagna is an Executive Director of Morrison & Co Group and Chairman of NZ Bus. Mr Petagna has had extensive involvement in the provision of advisory services to the infrastructure sector.

Kevin Baker

Kevin Baker, ICANZ, is Chief Financial Officer of Infratil. Mr Baker is responsible for financial and management accounting, reporting and systems for Infratil and its 100% owned subsidiaries. Mr Baker has considerable energy sector experience, having previously been CFO of NGC Holdings Limited.

Marko Bogoievski

Chief Operating Officer of Morrison & Co and Infratil. Marko joins Infratil from Telecom, where he was Chief Financial Officer, responsible for corporate finance, M&A and group strategy. Mr Bogoievski is a Director of Infratil Energy Australia and NZ Bus.

Tim Brown

Tim Brown specialises in financial structuring and has been responsible for the funding of both Infratil and a number of investee companies. Mr Brown is a Director of Wellington Airport and NZ Bus.

Vaughan Busby

Vaughan Busby is a member of the energy sector team with direct management experience in the electricity industry and extensive experience in corporate restructuring. Mr Busby is the Managing Director and CEO of ASX Listed Energy One, director of Victoria Electricity and alternate director of Perth Energy.

Rosanne Byrne

Rosanne Byrne is a librarian with many years experience in the business sector. Rosanne is responsible for maintaining Infratil's website. She has a BA (Otago) and a NZLS Diploma.

Fiona Cameron

Fiona Cameron, CA, is Group Accountant for Infratil responsible for corporate accounting, company and group financial statements and group management accounts. Fiona has a BSC (Hons) from Victoria and a BBS.

Susan Clifford

Susan Clifford is the Executive Assistant to Mr Morrison and provides administrative support to Infratil. Miss Clifford organises Infratil's meetings and handles many shareholder queries.

Peter Coman

Chief Executive of Morrison & Co and Infratil Property. In this new role, Mr Coman is accountable for the development and performance of property within Infratil. Mr Coman was Managing Director – Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. He has a Bachelor of Property Administration and BA (Auckland) and a Masters of Science Degree in Investment Management from the City University Business School, London.

Roger Crawford

Roger Crawford heads Morrison & Co's Australian Energy Sector operations from the Company's Brisbane office. He has over twenty years experience in the electricity supply industry in the areas of generation and transmission planning and operations.

John Culy

John Culy is a specialist in energy and utility economics with specific expertise in the analytic techniques of hydro/thermal power system modelling, operation and planning. Mr Culy is also a specialist in the theory and practice of electricity and transmission spot pricing and financial economics.

Carl Daucher

Carl Daucher, Vice President North America. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Carl was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for New Zealand Exchange (NZX), before which he was a consultant with McKinsey and Co in New York. Carl is focused primarily on developing investment opportunities for Infratil and NZ Super in North America. Carl has a BA(Econ) from Brown University.

Mark Dinnison

Mark Dinnison, CA (NZICA) - Management Accountant. Prior to joining Morrison& Co/Infratil Mark was with KPMG. Mark has a BCA from Victoria University.

Simon Draper

Simon Draper is CEO of Victoria Electricity, Wellington Airport Chief Executive (March 2004-July 2007). Immediately prior to Wellington Airport, Mr Draper was with Integral Energy, one of Australia's largest electricity retailers/distributors, where he was General Manager Commercial.

Steven Fitzgerald

Steven Fitzgerald Steve Fitzgerald is Chief Executive of Wellington Airport and Infratil Airports Europe. Prior to joining Mr Fitzgerald was General Manager Airport Operations at Sydney Airport, Australia where he had also held the position of Head of Commercial Trading.

Darryl Flukes

Darryl Flukes is the CEO of Infratil Energy Australia Pty (IEA) and heads Infratil's generation and energy trading operations in Australia. IEA assists Infratil's Australian retailer, Victoria Electricity, through the provision of specialist energy trading and risk management support services. Mr Flukes has broad experience across the energy sector (including oil, gas and electricity) gained in the UK and more recently in Australia as General Manager, Energy Trading for Southern Hydro.

Rowan Hall

Rowan Hall - Analyst. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Rowan was with McDouall Stuart. Rowan has a BCA from Victoria University.

Dr Bruce Harker

Dr Bruce Harker heads Morrison & Co's Energy Sector team and has an extensive background in the electricity industry including direct utility management roles, advisory and investment experience. Dr Harker is Chairman of TrustPower, Deputy Chairman of Energy Developments and Chairman of Victoria Electricity.

Crystal Kerridge

Crystal Kerridge provides administrative support in Morrison & Co's Brisbane office.

Terry McAlister

Terry McAlister, ACA, is Company Secretary and CFO of Morrison & Co.

Paul Newfield

Paul Newfield works on portfolio and business-unit strategy for Morrison & Co/Infratil, assessing industry attractiveness and developing specific investment opportunities. Prior to joining Morrison & Co he was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. Paul holds an MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Auckland.

Rachel Ockelford

Rachel Ockelford works on a variety of projects from our Wellington office, primarily with NZ Bus. Rachel has worked in the strategy team at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a MEng (Hons) from the University of Auckland.

Paul Ridley-Smith

Paul Ridley-Smith works on Infratil's major asset acquisitions, most recently the acquisition and funding of the controlling stake in TrustPower. Paul is chairman of Isite Limited (out of home advertising) and Snapper Services (smartcard solutions), some of Infratil's more entrepreneurial businesses. Paul also looks after equity raisings by Infratil and is a Director of Wellington Airport and Infratil Airports Europe.

George Royal

George Royal has extensive experience in wholesale electricity selling, power system operation and transmission planning. Mr Royal is based in Morrison & Co's Wellington office but spends a considerable amount of his time working in the Australian energy sector.

Adam Stannard

Adam Stannard is a member of Morrison & Co's Energy Sector team based in Brisbane. He is a specialist in the analysis, valuation and structuring of energy contracts and merchant asset positions. Mr Stannard has previously worked in Europe and Australia in the wholesale electricity and gas sectors.

Dr Graeme Thomson

Dr Graeme Thomson is one of New Zealand's leading investment analysts with specific experience in transport infrastructure.

Phil Walker

Phil Walker heads Morrison & Co Airports Group and operates from Morrison & Co's Brisbane office. Mr Walker is a director of Infratil Airports Europe.

Andrew Young

Andrew Young works across the Infratil companies in a people management role, focused on ‘Performance Improvement & Talent’. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Andrew worked in the building, telecommunications and oil industries in general management operational roles. Andrew has a BCom/DipCom from the University of Otago.
