Dr Bruce Harker: BE (Hons), PHD (Elec Eng)
Dr Harker heads Morrison & Co’s electricity group in both New Zealand and
Australia and is responsible for the management of team members. Dr Harker
is Chairman of TrustPower, Deputy Chairman of Energy Developments and Chairman of Victoria Electricity.
Dr Harker served as Chairman of the Southern Hydro Partnership from its
privatisation in 1997 through to early 2000. Bruce has worked extensively
in advising the electricity sector in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK
over the past ten years. Prior to that he held senior management roles
within the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand. |

Roger Crawford: BE (Electrical), MIEAUST, CPENG
Roger Crawford has seventeen years experience in the
Queensland electricity industry working for QEC and
QTSC in the areas of generation and transmission planning
and operations. His experience also includes two years
working in the United Kingdom for consulting engineers
Ewbank Preece Limited. Since joining Morrison & Co Mr
Crawford has been involved in the provision of specialist
electricity market and financial advice on the acquisition
and financing of several power generation projects in
Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria.
Mr Crawford is a Director of Victoria Electricity.

John Culy: BSc, Dip Statistics
John Culy has 20 years experience in the electricity sector involving energy economics,
statistics/operations research, energy planning, electricity markets, economic and
financial modelling, pricing theory and policy and regulatory theory. He has worked for
the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy, was the Head of Energy Forecasting
and later of the Research group of the Ministry of Energy, NZIER and Contact Energy.
Mr Culy was heavily involved in the reform of the electricity industry in Victoria, Australia
and has been widely involved in industry reform in New Zealand.

Simon Draper
Simon Draper is CEO of Victoria Electricity and was Wellington Airport Chief Executive (March 2004-July 2007). Immediately prior to Wellington Airport, Mr Draper was with Integral Energy, one of Australia's largest electricity retailers/distributors with over 800,000 customers, where he was General Manager Commercial. Prior to joining Integral, Mr Draper was Chief Executive of Northern Territory Airports, responsible for the operation and development of Darwin, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek airports. His other aviation experience includes senior positions with the Federal Airports Corporation and Qantas Airways Limited.

Darryl Flukes: BSc (Hons), DIS, Dip Fin Serv
| Darryl Flukes is the CEO of Infratil Energy Australia Pty
(IEA) and heads Infratil's generation and energy trading operations
in Australia. IEA assists Infratil's Australian retailer,
Victoria Electricity, through the provision of specialist
energy trading and risk management support services. Mr Flukes
has broad experience across the energy sector (including oil,
gas and electricity) gained in the UK and more recently in
Australia as General Manager, Energy Trading for Southern
Hydro. |

Lib Petagna: BCA
| Lib Petagna has prior financial markets experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions as Director
Capital Markets Ord Minnett. At Morrison & Co Mr Petagna assisted in the formation of Infratil and Infratil Australia. Mr Petagna has been involved in the acquisition and financing of a number
of power sector businesses in both Australia and New Zealand.

George Royal: BE (Hons)
| George Royal has worked extensively in the electricity industry, including 16 years
with the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand in wholesale electricity pricing and
contracting, power system operation and transmission planning. Mr Royal has done a wide range of electricity advisory work in Australia and New Zealand.
Since joining Morrison & Co Mr Royal has been closely involved with specialist economic
advice for electricity companies, electricity market forecasting and investment project
assessment. |

Adam Stannard: BA (Hum), PGCert App Econ, M App Fin, Dip Fin Serv
Adam Stannard is a member of Morrison & Co's Energy
Sector team based in Brisbane. He is a specialist in
the analysis, valuation and structuring of energy
contracts and merchant asset positions. Mr Stannard
has previously worked in Europe and Australia in the wholesale
electricity and gas sectors. |
