The Energy Team advised, developed and successfully negotiated the development and execution of sale and purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, long term power station O&M agreements, distribution use of system agreements, use of network signalling and load control agreements and also agreements for embedded generation.

Morrison & Co has extensive specialised knowledge and experience necessary to develop and complete international restructuring and reform projects, including the transition of state-owned infrastructure activities to private companies as well as their subsequent privatisation.
