Morrison & Co has undertaken numerous airport transactions and has been responsible for the acquisition, transition and ongoing management at six airports with a total of over 12 million passengers. In addition to successful airport acquisitions, Morrison & Co is an experienced arranger of debt finance for both airport acquisition and capital restructuring.

Infratil and Morrison & Co manage long-term shareholdings in infrastructure companies and airports. Their Investment Objectives are to participate as a long-term investor, to bring their expertise and experience to the airport and to work in partnership with the airport's other stakeholders (i.e. other shareholders, airport customers, staff and the local economy).
